South Africans Campaign To Stop Zimbabwe Permits Renewal

Published

on

The Zimbabwe Permits Renewal process is due to be announced in a few days and a few South Africans have started a campaign to have the Zimbabwe Permits Renewal process halted.

#NoToZimWorkPermits is trending on Twitter as South Africans try to put pressure on their government to stop the renewal of the Zimbabwe Exemption Permits (ZEP).

Those behind the campaign have asked the government to #PutSouthAfricansFirst a hashtag that has been in and out of the top trends on Twitter whenever foreigners become a topic.

They have cited SA’s high unemployment rate for their campaign.

The campaign comes after SA Minister of Home Affairs Aaron Motsoalade said that the cabinet was deliberating on the issue of the ZEP renewal and that an announcement would be made soon.

Another group of ZEP holders approached the Johannesburg high court in a bid to force the Department of Home Affairs to declare ZEP holders permanent residents. The group says that they have stayed legally in the country for more than ten years and they now had nowhere else to go.

The court challenge caused another uproar on social media as South Africans questioned why the Zimbabweans no longer wanted to go back home.

#NoToZimWorkPermits started trending on Sunday afternoon sparking an exchange of insults between Zimbabweans and the campaigners.

Zim Journalist Hopewell Chin’ono joined the conversation asking Zimbabweans not to insult South Africans.

#NoToZimWorkPermits will be hated by about 180,000 ZEP holders anxiously waiting for a positive announcement.

Campaigns against foreigners in South Africa are an ongoing thing. It remains to be seen if the current campaign will force a policy shift.

Palesa Exposes #Amabishop Bishop Julius. His Weakness Revealed

Published

The latest episode of #Amabishop started in a hit conversion. Nimrod Nkosi still continues to expose fake pastors. In the laest episode the panel was very more formal and Bishop exposed each other. We come across prophet Palesa who said she had a weakness of dating woman. She was exposed to the weakness of being a lesbian for two years. Palesa was possessed with “spirit of lesbianism.”Palesa had a dream 1st then later she found herself in the confusion.

The moment Palesa started relaying her story, Julius commented to say people must not speak on behalf of victims of the things that did not experience personally, he further denied knowing her. Palesa before leaving she said she did not experience Mommy 1st hand. Bishop Julius has been exposed of spirit of weakness and famousness. Palesa has exposed him after he died knowing her in national tv. Palesa said that she is his friend, they know each other, they communicate and share but Bishop Julius is denying everything including not knowing her. Bishop Julius denied knowing her because he is suing the lady R500 000.

Bishop Julius says he doesn’t know anything the lady is talking about. Imagine coming to #AmaBishop to discuss other people’s sgaxas only for your tea to be served during the show. Palesa amd Bishop Julius knows each other and they know each other’s secrets. That’s the only reason why his denies knowing her. This one needed the wisdom of Bishop Maponga and Pastor Makhado. Julius seems to be hiding something. He’s not saying much regarding tonight’s topic @MojaLoveTv #Amabishop

This Pastor has got his own scandals. Last time when he was here you could see his hiding something. They way he was defending corrupt Pastors. We can now agree to something that sometimes people’s change in sexuality could be a spirit that has possessed them.

The incident took place outside his Bloubosrand home studios in the north of Johannesburg when the technicians were responding to a power outage complaint. Power in the area had been out since Wednesday. ..

Twala is alleged to have pulled out a gun, cocked it, and put it to the head of one of the contractors. He then slapped him and choked him, pinning him to the ground.

Police spokesperson Brig Brenda Muridili confirmed that a 59 year-old man was arrested for assault and pointing of a firearm in Randburg.

“It is alleged the suspect and a complainant had [an] altercation where the suspect then pointed the complainant with a firearm,” she said. “Two toy guns were confiscated from the suspect.”

According to City Power spokesperson Isaac Mangena, they are yet to restore power in the area as technicians are fearing for their lives.

Mangena said the utility’s test branch located the fault and were working towards repairs and restoration when Twala approached them and told them to leave because he had electricity. Mangena said the musician’s power comes from a different substation from that of other people in his street.

“The teams told him they have every right to be there and work on the network on the pavement where municipal servitude runs. The resident is said to have pulled out a gun, cocked it, and put it to the head of one of the contractors. He then slapped him and choked him, pinning him to the ground.

King Monada Refuses To Pay The Zimbabweans Who Built His Mansion

A Zimbabwean handyman claims King Monada owes him more than R50k for work that was completed on the musician’s multi-million rand mansion.

Award-winning musician King Monada unveiled his multimillion-rand mansion in Tzaneen, Limpopo earlier this month but it seems all that glitters isn’t gold…

According to DailySun, the musician commissioned Munya Chihuri, a Limpopo-based Zimbabwean born handyman, to do some work on his house, but Maake claims King Monada still owes him money for the work. Chihuri further claimed that King Monada ditched him and got someone else to finish the work he started on the house.

Munya Chihuri told DailySun that King Monada hired him to instal balustrades for the balcony and stairs of his mansion. Chihuri claimed that he charged the Ska Bhora Moreki hitmaker R81 470, but he was only paid R29 000.

After finishing most of the job in under two weeks, Munya Chihuri had to travel from Limpopo to Gauteng to get steel and glass balustrades for the house.

“The agreement was that he would pay me before I get to Gauteng. I got to Gauteng, but he only paid me R29 000 which was not the amount we agreed on,” recalled Maake.

“I tried calling him and texting him to let him know I would not return until he gives me the amount we agreed on.”

Chihuri also told the publication that he was shocked when he saw King Monada’s finished house on Facebook which instantly told him that someone else finished up his job.

“They put their glass on my work, which is wrong. I never said I couldn’t or wouldn’t do it. I always do projects and I don’t disappoint. This is my job. I don’t care if other people finished up the work, I want my money.”

After the musician ignored his messages and phone calls, Maake sent him a letter of demand through his lawyers on Tuesday 8 February.

“He isn’t answering my lawyer’s calls. The next step we are taking right now is a summons.”

“We are taking this to court because he cannot rob me like this.”
