Somizi Reveals Intimate Details About His Marriage To Mohale
South African actor and media personality Somizi Mhlongo is exposing everything.
Following a nasty divorce with Mohale Motaung, whose aftermath included violence allegations, the reality star is now giving his side of the story. Somizi is revealing intimate details about his former marriage in season 5 of Living the Dream With Somizi (LTDWS), which is currently streaming on Showmax.
The first episode begins with Somizi listening, for the first time, to the leaked audio of Mohale’s abuse accusations. This is followed by an open video call with Vusi Nova, where they discuss how Somizi feels and some of Mohale’s claims about Somizi’s sex life.
In the episode, Somizi revealed that after realising their sex life was dull and wasn’t meeting his standard, he made many suggestions to Mohale on how they could make it better, including sex therapy and a threesome. He told his friend Vusi Nova over a video call:
I was dealing with someone who had issues with sex. I tried to find so many ways of making it work. The sex life was bad. I still state I said to him: ‘Let’s find other ways. Either you go for sex therapy. He did not want to go because he was in denial that our sex wasn’t good. But he makes it look like I was forcing it on him and sh*t like that.
In August 2021, Sunday World reported that Mohale allegedly made abuse claims in an interview with producers of the reality show Living the Dream with Somizi, saying Somizi loved group sex and suggested that they enjoyed a steamy threesome with a stranger when they were in Amsterdam.

And please. Mohale and his 2 fans must allow Somizi to tell his story in peace. When Mohale decided to tell it and narrate it the way he wanted to, he was not interrupted. So please let Somizi have the same courtesy #LTDWSOMIZI pic.twitter.com/HaBFDMjo1C

Somizi Breaks Silence On Leaked Marriage With The Queen Actor And Isithembu
South African media personality, Somizi Mhlongo has taken to his social media to debunk rumours that he is getting married to Pholoso Mohlala.
This is coming after City Press reported over the weekend that Somizi has allegedly paid lobola to his alleged fiancé Pholoso Mohlala.
He called out City Press for always publishing false articles about him stating the article has affected his relationship with one of the two men he’s dating.
According to Somizi, he is in a relationship with two partners, one of whom is wealthy, the other not.
“My heart is sore. I am hurt. Yesterday, there was an article written about me. Usually, I don’t care, I don’t explain but this time because certain things can be damaging,” he said.
Somizi said Pholoso is married and he has a wife. “There’s a story about me that I am getting married and a wedding is in plan and I’ve paid 1.5 million for lobola to Pholoso. I don’t have an issue with that because I’m used to people writing sh*t about me. They only got one thing right, that I know Pholosho. Pholosho is married, he’s got a wife who’s pregnant, and we are just friends.”
He said: “They are causing a rift between me and my partners. I have two people that I was dating, one has money and the other doesn’t have money but I have to explain to these two people what’s going on. And I was still going to choose between the two of them, which the obvious case is that I am going to choose the one with money but I have to be decent and tell him first that I was going to leave him. Now he’s left me first because of the City Press story. City Press ruined my plan”
