Imbewu The Seed : MaZulu Gets Married One Month After Husband’s Death
Businessman Ngcolosi (Tony Kgoroge) must be turning in his grave – his wife MaZulu (Leleti Khumalo) has been a widow for just over a month and she’s engaged already. And not to someone in the Bhengu family, as Zulu tradition dictates. “It’s to psychologist Menzi (Muzi Mthabela),” says Leleti. “During her grieving period when her husband was murdered in July, MaZulu was shipped off to get psychological help. However, their sessions went beyond the point of personal and she found a new partner in life. And even if it’s so soon after the death of Ngcolosi, she said yes when Menzi proposes this fortnight.”
Understandably, the Bhengus are furious when they discover that MaZulu has broken tradition – none more so than her brother-in-law Phakade (Sandile Dlamini), who is also the father of her children.
MOURNING A LOSS
Phakade was hoping to take MaZulu as his second wife following Ngcolosi’s death. “He even planned this elaborate family dinner where he was going to, according to Zulu tradition, become engaged to her,” says Sandile. Church leader Phakade’s heart doesn’t just break when he finds out that MaZulu is engaged, it shatters. “First, she breaks from tradition, which is hugely important to Phakade. Second, Menzi is a stranger to him. He is not known. That is not right.” Sandile also laments that his character has history with MaZulu. “Besides their children, they were there for each other always. There was this tight bond between them.”
FOLLOW YOUR HEART
MaZulu understands Phakade’s anger and disappointment, but she is doing what is best for her. “She has always been a hard-headed woman and hasn’t let anyone tell her what to do. MaZulu will do her own thing, regardless of the consequences. And getting engaged to Menzi is her following her heart for the first time in a while. She has made up her mind and she is sticking to her guns,” says Leleti.
That doesn’t mean Phakade is going to let the woman he loves close off their relationship. He’s going to fight to win her back. “He will try to talk sense into her head and use ‘tradition’ as reason,” says Sandile. And Phakade will play dirty too if that’s what it takes. “Menzi is a stranger, and he is going to try dig up some dirt on Menzi that he can use. He wants MaZulu, whatever the cost.” What’s that saying about he who is without sin may cast the first stone?

The identity of Jub Jub girlfriend remains a mystery. It has previously been reported that Jub Jub is married to a lady named Zenith Mia.
Given how private Jub Jub has kept his marriage and wife, it is pretty unclear when the two love birds got married.

Jub Jub and Zenith do not have any children together yet. However, Jub Jub has a son from his past relationship with musician Kelly Khumalo whom he is not allowed to see after Kelly accused Jub Jub of physically abusing her.

Foul Play Suspected On Busi Lurayi’s Death After Latest Revelation And Injuries Found On Her Body
Busi Lurayi’s death seems to have so many secrets as investigations are still ongoing. The star was laid to rest last week after she passed away on July 10. According to reports, Busi was found dead in her daughter’s room after she was excused from set for not feeling well. It has also been alleged that she was found with visible injuries and blood was allegedly coming out of her mouth.
The publication alleges that a source, who is a close associate, claimed her body was found with bruises, with blood coming out of her mouth.
Her father Freddy Mokoena found her deceased in her daughter’s room. Apparently, when the police officer arrived, he found Busi’s body bruised on her legs and her mouth was slightly open with blood coming out.
The source said this to the publication: “If she died of natural causes, then why did she have bruises on her legs and why was blood coming out of her mouth when her father found her lying down in her bedroom? Something is amiss here. We can’t wait to see what the autopsy report says.
The source also told the paper that Busi did not have any enemies and hope the police would do a thorough job in finding what exactly caused her death.
“She did not have enemies; she was always a jolly person who was loved by the entire universe. If someone harmed her, that will be so shocking because she would never provoke or hurt anyone. The police should do a thorough job here, we need answers. They know what we are talking about.
